Self Esteem Support Groups

Research has shown that support groups can help build self-esteem for individuals by increasing support and positive connections the individual has as well as helping them gain new perspectives, contribute to helping others, and to learn empathic listening skills.

On-Line Self-Esteem Support Groups

Online support groups are held twice monthly on Thursdays.  The online groups are conducted on Google Hangouts via and are limited to 9 attendees per session.Upcoming on-line support group dates:
